1. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available for all orders above ₹999.
  • A flat shipping charge of ₹80 will apply to orders below ₹999.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery time depends on your location and typically ranges from 3-7 business days.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
  • Unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or courier issues, are beyond our control.

4. Delivery Partners

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • In case of any courier-related issues, you can contact us for assistance.

5. Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • Once the order is dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
  • If the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered within India only.

7. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in locating it. However, we are not liable for courier mishandling.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures as proof.
